Sometimes I just don’t have it in me to cook One. More. Meal.

I’m sure no one here can relate.

Plus, I like to eat with my fingers at night.

I get all snacky.

I also want it to be healthy, like organic, grass-fed, gluten-free, etc.

Introducing my first vlog (video blog), when I share with you my favorite go-to meal in times of no-more-cookingness.

I promise, if you give this a try, you will feel satisfied and healthy and moan with joy.

I am obsessed.

You’re welcome.

The one thing I didn’t mention in the video is that although Alive and Radiant Arugula and Cabbage Chips are around $6 (and let’s not fool ourselves – we’re totally eating the whole bag), that’s still less expensive than picking up anything else that has a shred of nutrition.

So, don’t sweat it.

You deserve it.

What is your favorite quick fix for a fast, super healthy, delicious meal?

I’d love to hear in the comments below.

Great video, Andrea! Most of my afternoon and evening meals need to be quick and dirty….uh, clean….for the same reasons as you. Thanks for “feeding” me some great advice and ideas! Looking forward to your future video postings!

Man, there’s so much yummy healthy food in America!! Jealous over here in Australia 🙂 Those look great, and my favourite thing is your plate-up amd presentation with the San Pelligrino to make snack food into a beautiful meal. Great idea!
